ORDERING INFORMATIONS

MyRigShop web store makes it easy to find and purchase the products you need. When you order and pay online, the system starts working to ensure a rapid delivery. Should there be a delay in the delivery, you will be informed within 24 hours about the exact or estimate time of delivery. Online store uses the PayPal system, if you wish to use other payment methods, please contact us. Some products are available only in the EU zone because of high shipping costs in relation to low price of the product: for example, if you need just the hardcase and you live in USA, you will not find the possibility to buy it in the web store. Should you really need a product that's not available in your zone, or for any other inquiry, please contact us.

Prices in EUR refer to the price of a product VAT included and shipment within Europe.
Prices in USD refer to the price of a product included shipment to USA, taxes and duties.
Prices in CAD refer to the price of a product included shipment to Canada, taxes and duties.

MyRigShop reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct possible errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including those found after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the delivery date. In that case, the shipment charges for both direction (from MyRigShop to the customer and back to MyRigShop) are not refunded but have to be paid by the customer; custom products, products not in original conditions (modified, used, dirty, scratched, with evident cosmetical or mechanical faults), products wehre housing/case has been opened, with missing user manual or missing original accessories or missing original packages, and products not listed in our web site are excluded from the right to return.

SHIPPING

Once you place the order, you will receive a confirmation email reporting the date of shipping (normally 3-4 working days for Europe, 4-5 working days in USA and Canada). If there's a delay in shipping, you will receive an email reporting the expected delivery date. If shipping date exceeds 20 days you can opt for a refund.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective items, please contact us for immediate assistance. In this case all shipping costs will be covered by MyRigShop (only if the product was directly bought from our web store).

DAMAGED ITEMS

If a product arrives to you with evident damages due to shipping, please refuse the delivery. If you find a damage after having accepted the delivery, please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

WARRANTY

MyRigShop warrants the mechanical and electronic components to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase, in accordance with the warranty regulations described below. If the product shows any defects within the specified warranty period that are not due to normal wear and tear and/or improper handling by the user, MyRigShop shall, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the product. The product has to be sent to MyRigShop headquarter or to the representative/authorized dealer where it was purchased. Shipment directly to MyRigShop is applicable only if the product was purchased from MyRigShop directly or in accordance with us. If the warranty claim proves to be justified, the product will be returned to the user freight prepaid. Warranty claims other than those indicated above are expressly excluded. The product has to be returned in its original shipping carton, together with a copy of the invoice and possibly the return authorization number (in case the manufacturer, representative/authorized dealer uses the return authorization procedure). Warranty services will be furnished only if the product is accompanied by a copy of the original retail dealer's invoice. Please call MyRigShop or the representative/authorized dealer during the normal business hours before returning the product and ask for the respective returning procedure. Shipments without freight prepaid will not be accepted. Free inspections and maintenance/repair work are excluded from warranty, especially if caused by improper handling of the product by the user. This also applies to defects caused by normal wear and tear, in particular, of hammer mechanics and touch felts of the keyboards, faders, drawbars, potentiometers, switches, keys, buttons and similar electro-mechanical parts.

Damages or defects caused by one or more of the following conditions are not covered by this warranty.

Misuse, neglect or failure to operate the unit in compliance with the instructions given in the user manual. Connection or operation of the unit in any way that does not comply with the technical or safety regulations applicable in the country where the product is used. Damages or defects caused by force or any other condition that is beyond the control of the manufacturer. Damages caused by using non-original accessories or accessories not previously allowed by MyRigShop. Any repair or opening of the unit carried out by unauthorized personnel (including the user) will void the warranty. If a customer is allowed by MyRigShop to open the instrument for repair, modifications, fixing this doesn’t void warranty: so please contact MyRigShop before attempting to open the instrument.

If any inspection/repair of the product by MyRigShop or his representative/authorized dealer shows that the defect in question is not covered by warranty, the inspection/repair costs have to be paid by the customer.

Products which do not meet the terms of this warranty will be repaired at the buyer's expense. MyRigShop or his representative/authorized dealer will inform the customer of any such circumstance. If the buyer fails to submit a written repair order within 4 weeks after notification, the unit will be returned C.O.D. with a separate invoice for the working hours (required to discover that the the defect is not covered by warranty), freight and packing. Such costs will also be invoiced when the buyer has sent in a written repair order.

This warranty is extended exclusively to the original buyer (customer of retail dealer) and is not transferable to anyone who may subsequently purchase this product. No other person or company (e.g. retail dealer) shall be entitled to give any warrany promise on behalf of MyRigShop.

Failure of MyRigShop or his representative/authorized dealer to provide proper warranty service shall not entitle the buyer to claim (consequential) damages. In no event shall the liability of MyRigShop or his representative/authorized dealer exceed the invoiced value of the product.
